Shipping & Delivery
For stocked item orders are shipped within 1 working day, and delivered within a maximum of 3 working days. Delivery is just 1 flat rate of 500 THB in Bangkok, or free delivery in Bangkok for orders more than 10,000 THB. If you live outside this area please contact us for a quote first as prices vary. Delivery times may vary dependant on the product you choose. In most cases delivery takes no more than 3 working days from receipt of order. You are welcome to contact us to get an estimated timescale for delivery. Please ensure somebody is at the address to accept and sign for the delivery, otherwise a redelivery charge will be applied.
We also highly recommend you arrange a fitting date once your flooring materials have been delivered. This is to allow time to replace any damaged goods, as well as time for your new flooring to acclimatise to the temperate in your new room.
Privacy & Security

Debit and credit card details are entered by you the customer, via Paypal or our payment processor on their provided secure payment link, where nobody including ourselves can read this information. Security is provided via a 128-bit SSL encrypted connection, as the industry standard. Please contact us if you have any information regarding our privacy policy.

 

When you register your details, your personal details will remain private & confidential. You will never receive unsolicited mail from us after placing an order. We will only send you e-mails regarding any relevant offers, and your orders placed with us.

We do not see any credit card or debit card information that the customer enters. We only ever receive details of the type of payment received. All the information collected is done in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Returns & Replacements
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us by email or in writing within 7 working days of placing your order. This is in accordance to the Distance Selling Regulations and your rights to a 7 day cooling-off period. If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense through a courier you arrange. The goods must be returned in a brand new resalable condition as full unopened boxes or full rolls. A full refund will be issued excluding postage costs within 30 days of receiving the goods in the condition they were initially dispatched minus a 30% handling fee for non-defective products. Defective products can also be returned, in which case no handling fee is applicable.
Product image and image colours are not guaranteed to be accurate due to wide variation of factors including, different batch numbers, the settings of the camera that took the image of the product, and the customers own monitor screen settings. Furthermore, product colours of the same product may vary slightly from one piece to another. Additionally, product colours including color brightness, color temperatures, color tones may not exactly match colours of samples of the same product. Returns are not accepted for this reason, unless we send a product of totally wrong colour. We will happily send you a sample so you can have a good idea of colour/tone etc before a purchase is made.
If you receive any goods which are in a damaged condition you must contact us within 7 days and post it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will issue a replacement product or refund your money if you’d prefer. We can only offer a replacement within 7 working days if the product is in stock. However, if the product is not in stock we will offer a replacement within 30 working days. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please contact us before you return the item so we can advise you about the return.
Ordering
You can order online through our site 24 hrs a day. In addition to the products on the site there are other alternatives available. Contact us if you would like to know more. In the instance that an item is out of stock we will notify you immediately to either supply an alternative or cancel the order. Orders are normally available at least 95% of the time.
Any amendments to the order such as quantity can be changed before checkout. The delivery price will be confirmed before payment is made.
You will then be taken to a payment page, where you have the option to pay by debit card or credit card. You will then receive a confirmation email upon successful completion of the order.

Prices displayed on this website beside the products show excluding VAT & including VAT. The total including VAT will be shown at the checkout before payment is made.
Fitting
Fitting services are optional, and offered through a network of recommended sub contractors we use. We do not carry out the work ourselves, and cannot guarantee the work done by a subcontractor as they are not under our supervision. However the recommended fitters are experienced tradesmen, and fit flooring materials on a regular basis. You can always use your own fitter if you prefer, or fit yourself with free advice from ourselves.
