There are 3 different mats for working out: The exercise mat, yoga mat and rubber mat.
All mats have a width of 1m and a length of 2m and there are 3 different types of thickness you can choose from; 3mm, 6mm and 12mm.
You can also increase the length of the mat every 1 meter to fit the size perfect for you.
These mats are made from EPDM and recycled rubber meaning the texture is very flexible for your needs but are still able to hold their shape, meaning the mats wont collapse. The material of these mats is of the same grade material that have been used in fitness centers. Since the mats have an anti-slip capability, movement on top of the mats such as exercising or doing any other activities can be easy and safe as the mat will not move. The mats are also very easy to maintain, you can wipe or rub the surface as you would usually do on any floor when you are cleaning.
The recommended size would be 1m x 2m with a thickness of 6mm.
